The Main Challenge

This ethical fashion brand specialises in artisan-made jewellery and clothing. Due to the nature of their products, their prices are quite high – with accessories priced at $75 and above, and clothing at $1,000 and up. They invested in Meta Ads Management to increase brand awareness from people who value investing in handmade pieces like this, and generate purchases to increase overall revenue.

The Goal

The client’s goal was to generate purchases across their product range, including both accessories and clothing. Since the clothing is priced significantly higher than the accessories, they wanted to focus on acquiring new customers interested in their clothing, as the accessories were an easier sell.

The Strategy

We created multiple top-of-funnel campaigns to promote a wide range of the client’s products to an audience that hadn’t heard of the business before, but had interests in handmade, ethical clothing and accessories. We developed different ad creatives with distinct messaging to differentiate between the product types. 

Additionally, we implemented a retargeting campaign that promoted all products and incorporated user-generated content for social proof.

The Results

Across three weeks of the campaigns being live, the client saw $5,314.90 of revenue attributed to their Facebook Ads with a 4.91x return on ad spend – achieving their goal of selling higher-priced clothing items and introducing more people to the brand.
